Mission Statement - Workout our Faith
At Workout Our Faith, we are a Christ-centered community of women dedicated to honoring God by caring for our bodies, nurturing our spirits, and encouraging one another. Through faith-based fitness, prayer, and scripture, we strengthen both body and soul—believing that our physical health is a reflection of our spiritual stewardship. Together, we press on to glorify God with every step, rep, and breath (1 Corinthians 10:31).

Statement of Faith and Fitness
As followers of Christ, we believe our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20), and we are called to honor God through how we care for them. Physical exercise is a way to steward our health, grow in discipline, and glorify God with strength and intention.

While we support movement practices that promote flexibility, strength, and wellness, we choose not to engage in traditional yoga due to its spiritual roots that do not align with the Christian faith. Instead, we focus on Christ-centered practices that encourage prayer, worship, and Scripture-based meditation, keeping our hearts and minds set on things above (Colossians 3:2).

Our goal is to move with purpose, worship with our whole selves, and reflect the love and truth of Jesus in all that we do.
